The site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers, and does not build any profile of visitors.

How it's used

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry, for example to discuss a potential project. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: replying to enquiries sent directly to this site is the plain purpose of publishing a contact form, and consent is implied by submitting it.

Who it's shared with

Form submissions are processed by two third-party services acting as data processors:

Netlify (hosting and form handling) receives and stores submissions, and may process technical data such as IP address as part of serving the site.
Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display the site's typefaces, which means your browser makes a request to Google that includes your IP address.

Data isn't sold, and isn't shared with anyone else beyond what's needed to run and reply through this site.

How long it's kept

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting correspondence, and are deleted when no longer relevant, typically within 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, object to or restrict its use, or request it in a portable format. To do any of this, email privacy@spatially-aware.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think your data has been mishandled.
